Cilantro Dressing

1 bunch of cilantro
1/3 cup of Olive Oil
1 Garlic clove
Dash of Cumin
4 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar

It helps to pre chop your cilantro unless you have an awsome blender!
Blend and Serve cold
